In Korea, there is a concept of a security deposit. To confirm your reservation, you need to send the deposit in advance. Please note that goshiwon reservations are highly dynamic and subject to change. For short-term contracts of less than two weeks, you must send both the deposit and rent together.

Refunds, including the security deposit, are strictly not possible after check-in. Please note that we provide a service similar to real estate brokerage, not direct operation of goshiwon, and therefore are not responsible for the condition of the goshiwon. However, refunds may be possible in exceptional cases.

Room tours are available, but only when the room is unoccupied. Please inform us of your preferred time and date at least a day in advance.

Goshiwons have many rooms, so while the type and options are the same, the layout may vary. Please note that the room may not have the exact same layout as shown in the pictures.
