• Each room is equipped with a personal drum washing machine, and there are two dryers available in the common area for your convenience.
• The rooms at Stay Trek Seocho feature a private bathroom and shower, along with large windows for excellent ventilation.
• Additionally, each room includes a bed, desk, chair, spacious wardrobe, storage cabinet, individual air conditioner, drum washing machine, two-door refrigerator (with freezer), and microwave.
• CCTV cameras are installed on each floor for continuous monitoring, and the building features double digital door locks to ensure security.
• Located in a residential area rather than a commercial zone, Stay Trek Seocho is safer compared to other guesthouses.
• It is primarily inhabited by students from Korea University of Education and Korean National University of Arts, as well as attendees of nearby academies.
