Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between StayKorea.org (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) and its users regarding the use of services provided by the Site.

 

Article 2 (Definitions)
1. “Site” refers to the online platform operated by StayKorea.org.
2. “User” refers to any individual who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Site, including both registered members and non-members.

 

Article 3 (Publication and Amendment of Terms)
1. These Terms and Conditions shall be posted on the Site for easy access by Users.
2. The Site reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Amendments will be announced on the main page of the Site with the effective date and reasons for the changes at least 7 days prior to the effective date.

 

Article 4 (Provision and Changes to Services)
1. The Site provides the following services:
– Accommodation information and booking services
– User reviews and ratings
2. The Site may change the content of its services as needed, with prior notice given to Users.

 

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Supplementary Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions shall take effect as of November 1, 2024.
